Sèduire Beauty Studio – Booking Policy

 

Welcome to Sèduire Beauty Studio! To ensure every client receives the best experience possible, please take a moment to review our studio policies regarding appointments, cancellations, and general expectations.

 

 

 

Appointments & Scheduling

 

 

  • Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. You can book via our online booking system, by phone, or in person during business hours.

  • Confirmation: Clients will receive a confirmation message 24–48 hours before their scheduled service.

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or adjusted depending on the service and availability.

 

 

 

 

 

Hair Appointments – Please Note

 

 

  • Hair Must Be Pre-Washed: All clients receiving hair services must arrive with clean, dry, and detangled hair.

    We do not currently offer washing services, and arriving with unwashed or tangled hair may result in rescheduling or an additional detangling fee.

  • No Product Build-Up: Please ensure your hair is free from heavy oils, gels, or sprays before your appointment.

 

 

 

 

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

 

 

  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to your deposit being forfeited.

  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

 

 

 

 

 

Deposits & Payments

 

 

  • All appointments  require a £15 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. This deposit will be applied to the final service total.

  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods.

 

 

 

 

 

Respecting the Studio Space

 

 

  • Please arrive alone unless assistance is needed. Our studio space is cozy, and we aim to maintain a calm, focused environment.

  • Children are welcome only if being serviced.
